30-day refund
If you're not satisfied with a course within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund your payment — no questions asked, as long as you haven't completed more than 30% of the course.
How to request
Email refunds@proskill.app with your order ID. We process refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method via Zoho Payments.
Exceptions
Coupons and bundle discounts are not refundable separately. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time but not refunded for partial months.
